1. Overview
This User Agreement governs your business account on BuiltXP and works alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other referenced policies.
2. Your account
Your account is for business use. You are responsible for all activity on the account and for keeping your information accurate and up to date.
3. Authorized representatives
You may designate authorized representatives to act on the account. You are responsible for their actions and for promptly removing access when it should no longer apply.
4. Fees and billing
Applicable fees are described on the Pricing page and in your account. Where fees are billed, you authorize BuiltXP to charge or deduct them as described.
5. Funds and settlement
Funds move through regulated banking partners. Settlement timing depends on the payment method and on verification and compliance checks. BuiltXP is the software and orchestration layer, not the deposit holder.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
You agree to cooperate in resolving disputes and chargebacks. We may place holds or reverse transactions where required by the rules of the underlying payment networks or by law.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account for risk, compliance, or legal reasons, or for violations of our policies. You may close your account subject to settling outstanding obligations.
8. Liability
Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
