3. Accounts and business verification
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may verify your business and its representatives, and we may suspend or limit access where verification cannot be completed.

Only individuals you authorize may act on your account. You are responsible for the actions taken by your authorized representatives.
4. Payments and transfers
BuiltXP enables payments and transfers through regulated banking partners. Settlement times, limits, and availability vary by method. You authorize BuiltXP to initiate the transfers you request, subject to verification and compliance checks.
5. Rewards
Qualifying activity may earn rewards subject to the Rewards Terms. Rewards are non-cash, have no cash value, and are redeemable only within the BuiltXP ecosystem.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use BuiltXP for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose. See the Acceptable Use policy for details. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Fees
Fees, if any, are described on the Pricing page and in your account. We will provide notice of material changes to fees as required.

You may stop using BuiltXP at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, for risk or compliance reasons, or for violations of these terms.

BuiltXP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuiltXP and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
