These terms govern how BuiltXP rewards are earned, valued, and redeemed across the network.

1. Overview
BuiltXP rewards recognize qualifying activity on the network. These terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to all rewards earned through BuiltXP.
2. Earning rewards
Rewards are earned on qualifying transactions. What qualifies, and the rate at which rewards accrue, may vary by activity, tier, and program, and may change over time.
3. Nature and value of rewards
Rewards are non-cash points. They have no cash value, are not transferable except as expressly permitted, and are redeemable only within the BuiltXP ecosystem.
4. Tiers
Consistent qualifying activity may move your business through reward tiers, which can affect earning rates and available benefits. Tier criteria may be updated from time to time.
5. Redemption
Rewards may be redeemed for eligible benefits inside the BuiltXP ecosystem, including offers from participating merchant partners. Redemption options may change.
6. Expiration and forfeiture
Rewards may expire after a period of inactivity or under conditions described in your account. Rewards may be forfeited where an account is closed or terms are violated.
7. Merchant partner rewards
Certain rewards or offers are funded by merchant partners and may carry additional terms set by those partners. We are not responsible for merchant-funded offers beyond what these terms provide.
8. Changes to the program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program, in whole or in part, with notice where required.
